Two people working out together, most commonly family members or friends. This is still small enough to be very personalized but allows clients to enjoy their session with their family member or friend while also saving a little money opposed to personal training. (30 minute or 60 minute package options)
Groups consist of 3-12 people. There is a cap at 12 so that clients still get sufficient attention throughout each class to identify which weights work best for them as well as the opportunity to focus on correct form or make proper modifications as needed. If a client signs up for a group and does not show, they will be charged a session.
